Salary of budget employees illegally reduced by quarter in Chechnya

Chechen President Akhmad Kadyrov's security service officers stationed in the Achkhoy-Martan district of Chechnya are maintained at the expense of district budget employees, reports the Society for Russian-Chechen Friendship.

Doctors and teachers who work in the Achkhoy-Martan district do not receive 25% of their salary monthly. They suppose it to be used for the needs of Kadyrov's guards. The money is deducted from the employees' salary without their consent.
