On May, 21, five families from area of compact settlement of refugees “Sozidanie” (“Creation”) in Promzhilbaza district of the town of Karabulak appealed to Head of Ingushetia and Public Prosecutor’s office asking to find out why they were not put on the waiting list for receiving dwelling certificates.

According to the Ministry of Foreign contacts, National policy, Press and information, there are 1545 families from among persons replaced from Chechnya on the resettlement list.

“We, five families residents of Promzhilbaza having a status of replaced persons, submitted a request to put us on the list of replaced persons yet in 2009”, resident of “Sozidanie” settlement Aset Khadisova said to the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

According to her, all the five families “expressed their wish to stay in Ingushetia as place of permanent residence”.

“The other day we learned that representatives of Mayor’s office of Karabulak and Minnats talked to residents of Promzhilbaza on the phone and told them that they were put on the waiting list for receiving dwelling certificates. First they mentioned all the names and then one of the women refugees on the condition of anonymity showed me the document itself, i.e. the list of people who would be granted the certificates. All the residents of “Sozidanie” settlement (24 families) were on the list with the exception of those of five: Eiza Dikaeva, Movlatkhan Djahaeva, Sila Suleimanova, Yakhita Mudueva’s and mine”, Aset Khadisova said to the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

Head of the Administration of Karabulak Magomed Bariev explained that the dwelling waiting lists were drawn up by the Administration of Minnats.

In his turn, our interlocutor in Minnats, Ingushetia, pointed out that all in all there were 1546 families of persons displaced from Chechnya on the combined list for receiving dwelling certificates according to federal target program “Dwelling” for 2011 – 2015.

“Besides, 471 more families residing in Ingushetia were added to this category. The first lists included persons who were on the waiting lists earlier and remained on them for years. If these families are really legally registered they will be put on the lists”, he said.
