The jury has found Bekkhan Rizvanov, the defendant in the case of the fight near the Shopping Centre (SC) "Evropeisky" (European) in Moscow, guilty of attempted murder and not deserving of leniency.

On June 5, 2012, in Moscow, near the SC "Evropeisky", a fight occurred between natives of North Caucasus and football fans. During the fight, Alexei Usachov, a football fan, was injured. On June 6, 2012, investigators detained Bekkhan Rizvanov, who was charged with attempted murder. Bekkhan Rizvanov pleads not guilty.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the case is under consideration at the court with the jury. At the court session held on April 19, prosecutors completed presentation of evidences. On April 25, oral statements of the parties were presented, and Prosecutor Tatiana Manakova asked the jury to find Bekkhan Rizvanov guilty. In his turn, Murad Musaev, the defendant's advocate, asked the jury to treat the incident as a domestic fight without any national background to acquit his client.

The victim himself and his representative Oksana Mikhalkina were not present at the trial, and earlier, they asked the court to release them from participating in the trial, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

After a discussion, the jury pronounced to Bekkhan Rizvanov the verdict of guilty.
