A man killed today in Dagestan was involved in massacre in the Karabudakhkent District in March 2011, when five hunters were killed. This was reported by a representative of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, at 10:20 a.m. Moscow time, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced in the village of Sogratl of the Gunib District. Power agents have blocked a private house in the village. At about 01:15 p.m. Moscow time, two persons blocked in the house opened fire on power agents, the NAC reports. By 05:30 p.m. Moscow time, local residents informed the power agents that Suleiman Gadjiomarov, a nephew of Magomed Gadjiomarov, the head of the village administration, and Gadjimurad Khabibov, a local resident, were blocked in that house and killed.

The NAC has confirmed the information about the identities of the killed men. According to the power agents' information, Gadjimurad Khabibov and Suleiman Gadjiomarov were members of the so-called "Kadar" grouping, and Gadjimurad Khabibov was in the federal wanted list.

According to the NAC's information, Gadjimurad Khabibov, born in 1986, a native of the Gunib District of Dagestan, was directly involved in the massacre committed in the Karabudakhkent District of Dagestan in March 2011, when five hunters were killed, the "Interfax" reports with reference to the NAC's official message.

The NAC reports that Suleiman Gadjiomarov, the second killed man, born in 1991, a native of the village of Sogratl, assisted Gadjimurad Khabibov in recruiting rural young people for the underground. A year ago, according to the NAC's information, he completed his studies at the Islamic University in Cairo and, after returning home, joined the underground.

According to the operational headquarters' information, no civilians or power agents suffered in the special operation, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

Let us remind you that in the course of the negotiations, two women and a young child left the house, which was blocked by the special force in the village of Sogratl. Magomed Gadjiomarov, the head of the village administration, was in the place of the special operation.
