Policeman, his wife and children wounded in blast in Dagestan

The wife and two children of a policeman from Buinaksk, in whose car an improvised explosive device (IED) was triggered, were discharged from hospital after receiving medical care. The policeman himself is in grave condition, said the Dagestani MIA.

The car driven by a policeman from Buinaksk and containing also his wife and two children was blown up on April 8. The IED was attached to the underside of the car.

All those inside the car received various wounds and were taken to the central city hospital. The policeman's wife, 26, and their two young children suffered minor injuries; while the policeman, 33, lost his lower limbs, says the website of the Dagestani MIA.
