The persons detained for suspicion of murder of sheikh Said Afandi had no wanted notices, a source reported

Law enforcement bodies did not earlier search for residents of Dagestan Shikhmirza Labazanov, Magomedali Amirhanov and Magomed Gadjiev reported by their relatives as kidnapped and detained for suspicion of Murder of Sufi sheikh Said Afandi Atsaev (Chirkeisky) but they had operative records as potential accomplices of the gunmen, a source in power ministries of the republic reported. 

According to law enforcement officers, Labazanov, Amirhanov and Gadjiev were members of “Gimry” gunmen’s group and made confessionary statements.

According to an information from National Anti-Terrorist Committee (NAC), residents of Untsukul district, Magomed Gadjiev and Magomedali Amirhanov as well as resident of Gumbet district Shikhmirza Labazanov secured screening and escorted suicide bomber Aminat Saprykina to the scene of the terrorist act themselves.

According to NAC, the direct organizer of the explosion in sheikh Chirkeisky’s house was resident of the settlement of Gimry, Untsukul district of Dagestan, “kadi” (religious leader) of the whole Dagestani underground Magomed Suleimenov, a source in law enforcement bodies of the republic on terms of anonymity told the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.
