The court on Budanov’s case dismissed a motion of exclusion of evidence from the materials of the case entered by the defense

The court dismissed a motion entered by the attorneys of Yusup Temerkhanov accused of ex-colonel Yuri Budanov’s murder to exclude some evidence from the materials of the criminal case.

Hearings in the Moscow city court started almost one and a half hours behind schedule with a great number of representatives of mass media and detached onlookers present, the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent reports.

Before the beginning of adducing evidence of the defendant’s guilt by state prosecution party judge Andrey Korotkov in the absence of the jury announced a judgment concerning the motions entered by the defense party of exclusion of some evidence from the materials of the case as impermissible. It follows from the judgment that the court finds all the evidence admissible.
