Ingushetia: court starts litigation on eviction of "Promzhilbaza" residents

Today, the Karabulak District Court has adjourned the consideration of the suit lodged by the Karabulak administration on eviction of residents of the "Promzhilbaza", because certain participants of the litigation were not notified about the trial.

The above court is considering the case under the lawsuit of the administration of Karabulak about eviction of 76 displaced families out of the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) in Karabulak named "Promzhilbaza".

Today, the official from the administration has updated the claims and provided a new list of the persons sued by the administration.

The court has postponed the trial to March 26, because of the fact that some of the persons mentioned in the new list had not been notified about the trial.
