A direction of awarding an official acting as Head of Administration in Volgograd cancelled

Public Prosecutor's office of Volgograd region achieved cancellation of a direction of awarding Vladimir Sobakar acting as Head of Administration of Volgograd, Press Service of the office reported.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" informed that on November, 7, Administration of Volgograd issued a direction No 846-r of awarding Vladimir Sobakar to a sum of 200 % of his monthly salary. On November, 23, residents of Volgograd held an unauthorized action of protest against the reward to a sum of 56 thousand rubles to Vladimir Sobakar acting as Head of Administration of Volgograd and Public Prosecutor's office appealed against the direction of the award in court.

The direction No 846 dated November, 7, was issued by Gavva acting as Head of Administration of Volgograd and stipulated a one-time monetary reward to Vladimir Sobakar acting as Head of Administration of Volgograd to a sum of 200 % of his monthly salary for successful carrying out the task connected with preparing for heating season 2012-2013 and timely heating of all socially significant objects and the housing stock of Volgograd, organization of reports of heads of the districts of Volgograd about their activities during ten months of 2012 and delivering his own report on the activities of Administration of Volgograd.

"There are not only procedural violations in the direction of rewarding Vladimir Sobakar acting as Head of Administration of Volgograd but there were no actual reasons for rewarding the above mentioned official, either", a representative of Press Service of Public Prosecutor's office said.

According to Public Prosecutor's office, upon a direction on the Administration of Volgograd No 891 dated November, 26, the decision of rewarding the official is now cancelled. "The question of recovery of the money received by Sobakar to the budget is in hand of Public Prosecutor's office", a representative of the office explained.
