A citizen of Azerbaijan killed in a skirmish near one of the Moscow cafes

One citizen of Azerbaijan perished and one more got wounded at night of September, 27, near a cafe in the South of Moscow, a source in law enforcement bodies reported.

According to an officer of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, at 04:00 the personnel of State Traffic Safety Inspectorate stopped a "VAZ-2110" at the crossroads of Volgogradsky avenue and the third hoist ring. There were three persons in the cabin, among them a fifty-one-year-old citizen of Azerbaijan wounded in his stomach.

The detainees explained that the man got a gunshot wound as a result of a conflict near a caf? in Krasny Mayak street when a group of unknown people opened fire at them after which they escaped in a car of foreign make, "Interfax" reports.

At the same time a native of Azerbaijan aged 27 died in municipal hospital No 7 after his friend brought him there.

According to regional department of All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress (ARAC), some confusion occurred during inquiry on the circumstances of the conflict. In particular, the municipal hospital where the wounded persons were delivered reported that it was Amir Mazahim oglu Guliev born in 1985 who died, however, according to the information from "Chertanovo" district Department of Interior Affairs, Elshan Rashid oglu Mahmudov born in 1995 died, Vesti.az. reports.

"We are now finding out which of these two men died. Most probably, the information from the district Department of Interior Affairs is true", a representative of legal aid department of ARAC said. He added that the killed person was wounded in his lungs, back and loin.

The investigation initiated a criminal case according to clauses 105 (murder) and 222 (illegal purchase and storage of arms) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
