Sirazhuddin Khasaev kidnapped in Buinaksk underwent torture, his relatives report

The wounded Sirazhuddin Khasaev who survived after adduction in Buinaksk underwent torture together with Khizri Pirmagomedov who later was found killed, kidnapped Zair Khasaev's wife reported.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that resident of Buinaksk Sirazhuddin Khasaev who disappeared on September, 2, was found on September, 3, in the Central hospital of Makhachkala with a gunshot wounding in his shoulder and burns of both legs. On the same day the body of Khizri Pirmagomedov aged 29 shot down in Buinaksk on September, 2, was found.

According to organization "Human Rights Protection", during interrogation of the witnesses it emerged that Sirazhuddin Khasaev was kidnapped by "people wearing green skullcaps". They used cars vehicle identification numbers of which coincided with those of the cars that appeared in the case of shooting down and abduction of Pirmagomedov.

According to Sirazhuddin Khasaev's relatives, he had a narrow escape in a burning car where he and Khizri Pirmagomedov were placed by unknown people.

"After abduction Sirazhuddin and Khizri were brought to some place where they underwent torture. Therefore Khizri had wounds in his legs and chest but he was still alive. Sirazhuddin collapsed from torture and recovered consciousness already in a burning car side by side with Khizri's body. He opened the door and jumped out of the car but fire followed him. Eventually, he reached the highway with his shoulder shot through, got a car and reached the Central hospital of Makhachkala", Sirazhuddin Khasaev's wife Zaira Khasaeva said.

According to Zaira Khasaeva, she appealed to Public prosecutor's office of the republic where she was told that a criminal case would be initiated against her husband but they did not explain what he was accused of.

Zaira Khasaeva said that from the Central hospital of Makhachkala her husband was taken to Public prosecutor's office of Kumtorkale district and from there he was moved to medical unit of the Ministry of Interior Affairs in Makhachkala.

An employee of the unit who preferred to remain anonymous confirmed to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that patient Khasaev was delivered to the medical unit of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Dagestan for treatment.

Sirazhuddin Khasaev's relatives appealed to Dagestani non-governmental organization "Human Rights Protection" asking to help them and keep their eye on the situation because they were afraid that Sirazhuddin Khasaev "might be killed or a criminal case might be forged against him for him not to be able to clarify the circumstances of the abduction or identify the abductors wearing green skullcaps and having evidently provocative intentions", representatives of "Human Rights Protection" told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
