All the district courts of Astrakhan dismissed Shein's lawsuits of annulment of Mayor's election

Sovietsky and Trusovsky district courts of Astrakhan dismissed the lawsuits of annulment of the election of Head of the city of Mach, 4, submitted by ex-candidate for Mayor's office, member of "Fair Russia" party Oleg Shein, Shein himself reported today. So, the lawsuit of annulment of municipal election was dismissed by all the four district courts of Astrakhan.

It should be reminded that on June, 15, Kirov district court of Astrakhan dismissed Shein's lawsuit of annulment of the election suggesting the claimant to appeal against violations in all the four courts of the regional center individually. On June, 27, Shein submitted new lawsuits to Lenin, Kirov, Sovietsky and Trusovsky district courts of the city. On July, 16, Kirov district court passed a negative judgment. On July, 17, Lenin district court of Astrakhan also accomplished trial on Shein's civil act.

According to Shein, Trusovsky and Sovietsky district courts dismissed his lawsuit yesterday, July, 18.

"The outcome of the affair was clear beforehand. Next week I will receive the declaration, then the motives of dismissal will be comprehensible", "Interfax-Yug" quotes Oleg Shein.

According the Shein, he was ready for such judgments of local courts from the very beginning and can now appeal to European Court of Human Rights.
