Abkhazian authorities denounce detention of Ukrainian ship by Georgian frontier guards

As reported by the Abkhazian State Security Service, the "Niara", a Ukrainian catcher boat, caught fish in the Abkhazian area of water in conformity with a contract made with the republican Ministry of Agriculture and Food. State Security Service Chairman Givi Agrba rated the happening as sabotage. The general holds that the Georgian party committed a gross violation of the Moscow Ceasefire Agreement of 14 May 1994.
