A killed teenager's relatives in Dagestan appealed to the management of law enforcement bodies

Denga Makhiev, resident of the settlement of Karata, Akhvah district of Dagestan, asks Head of Investigative Department of Committee of Inquiry of Russia (CIR) in Dagestan Alexey Savrulin, Public prosecutor of Dagestan Andrey Nazarov and the Minister of Interior Affairs of Dagestan Abdurashid Magomedov to take over personal control of investigation of the death his nephew, Imadibar Makhiev aged 16.

Imadibar Makhiev's uncle Denga Makhiev himself told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent about his appeal to the management of power-wielding structures.

"My relatives and I insist on requalification of the actions of the policeman a charge against whom was brought according to clause 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (infliction of a grave harm on a person's health as a result of improper performance of one's official duties), therefore he may be punished conditionally.

In his opinion, Djalilov opened fire from a Government-issue gun having no reasons to do so.

Galbats Sharapudinov, another relative of the killed teenager, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he met with First Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of CIR in Dagestan Tugay Tugaev.

"During this personal meeting Tugaev declared that investigation would be carried out in full and the party at fault would be punished to the fullest extent of the law", Sharapudinov said.

It should be reminded that the victim's relatives earlier declared that they did not believe in due objectivity in investigation of the crime by local authorities because of their personal interest and stated that attempts of unlawful interference and pressure on the participants and witnesses were made.
