Psychologic testing among the officials started in Volgograd region

Psychological testing of top managers started in the Administration of Volgograd region. The purpose of the campaign is to analyze professional, business and personal qualities of the employees of the Administration of the region with the help of psychological tests.

Governor of Volgograd region Sergey Bozhenov after his inauguration declared that “it is necessary to form a team of managers rapidly out of experts with a high coefficient of efficiency (CE)”.

CE will be defined by psychologists. During the period from February, 21, till February, 29, over one hundred managers of structural units of regional Administration will undergo testing. They are first deputies and deputies Head of Administration of the region, chairpersons of committees, chiefs or regional inspectorates and directorates as well as Head of Administration of Volgograd region.

Testing of one person lasts 2 to 3 hours. Upon its results every manager will be given individual recommendations on self-perfection, official web-site of regional Administration reports.

Each official undergoing testing is given a personal pin-code and promised privacy. The results of testing will be ready by the end of March, IA “Vysota 102” reports.

However, Vice-governor Alexander Dorzhdeev refused to undergo testing and resigned on February, 22, “Commersant” referring to a source in the regional Administration reports.
