Resident of Karachay-Cherkessia kills suspect of road accident, where his sister died

A resident of Karachay-Cherkessia, without waiting for trial on case of a road accident that killed his sister, stabbed with a knife a suspected perpetrator of the road accident. This was reported by the Investigatory Department of the Republic's Investigatory Committee.

On January 25, on the highway "Cherkessk-Dombai", Alexander Scheglov, a driver of a passenger car Lifan Breez, lost control of his car, drove into the oncoming traffic and collided with a car VAZ-2101. As a result of a road accident, a young married couple Saryev perished, and the alleged perpetrator of the road accident and his two passengers were hospitalized, the "Interfax" reports.

A 23-year-old Fatima died instantly, doctors tried to save the life of her Murat Saryev, her 27-year-old husband, at the resuscitation ward of the Ust-Djeguta Central Regional Hospital; however, the man died on the same day, January 25, from serious injuries. The Saryev couple, perished in the road accident, left an infant child.

On January 29, without waiting for the trial, Muradin Aibazov, the brother of Fatima, pretending an investigator, entered the building of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic's Hospital, where in the casualty ward he stabbed Scheglov in his chest with a knife. Alexander Scheglov died in place, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

Muradin Aibazov did not try to hide, he was immediately arrested, the "Life News" reports. A criminal case was initiated against Aibazov on the fact of murder. He faces an imprisonment of up to 15 years.
