Ingushetia: attacked oppositional website is accessible

The Ingush oppositional website Ingushetiyaru.org, which suffered the strongest over the past few years hackers' attack, is partially restored, Magomed Khazbiev, the owner of the resource, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

Let us remind you that as of January 22 the website was inaccessible for three days.

"The website was launched in the temporary mode, to operate at least the news column; fortunately, we managed to restore the resource; now, professionals will copy it with a much more powerful protection, but it will take about a month. We managed to preserve the archive of the website; nothing has happened with it; however, as a safeguard, we make monthly archiving; and we have all the data since the website was launched in 2001. The only thing they (the hackers, - note of the "Caucasian Knot") could do, was the closure of the access for visitors; but they failed to damage the archive," said Khazbiev.

According to the owner of the website, they managed to define that the attack had originated, in particular, from Europe. He asserts that the attackers "managed to direct their attacks from abroad, and from different places."
