"The main facility is located in the village of Dachnoe of the Prigorodny District, surrounded by six settlements with a high level of unemployment. I already had a meeting with residents of the village of Chermen and asked to make a list of those who want to work. Instead of travelling from the village to the city to work, it's better to go to our production facilities, located four kilometres away," Anatoly Tsalkosov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

By continuing the topic of attraction of additional manpower, he explained that currently the farm employs 126 people, and it is estimated that their salaries will be 40 percent higher than the republic's average, which is 12,500 roubles.
