President of Azerbaijan: "There are terrorist camps and drug plantations in Nagorny Karabakh"

There are terrorist camps and drug plantations on the territory of Nagorny Karabakh and therefore the international community should run a check there, declared President of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliyev while meeting with Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Antonio Maria Costa on December 4. "The Azerbaijan party has information there is drug trafficking through Nagorny Karabakh. It is possible that drug plantations as well as camps to provide training for international terrorists are situated there," noted Mr. Aliyev.
