Zverevo residents get ready to picket Rostov-on-Don Administration

Pickets with demand to revise the existing tariffs on utilities will be held in Rostov-on-Don near the city administration by residents of the city of Zverevo.

"In our city, they wouldn't here and listen to us; therefore, we decided to transfer our picket into the regional capital. Maybe we'll be noticed at least here," the picket organizers told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

A notification on holding pickets starting November 15 was submitted to the Administration of Rostov-on-Don.

Residents of Zverevo state that their demands declared at previous pickets against excessive, in their opinion, utility tariffs have been disregarded.

The administration of Zverevo claimed that they were ready to start a constructive dialogue, and treated the picket as a "small provocation."
