Dagestani woman claims no results in investigating her daughter's abduction

In Dagestan, Naima Alborueva, the mother of the kidnapped Fatima Alborueva, complains about inaction of law enforcers; however, the local MIA claims that they run a proper inquiry into the crime.

Let us remind you that Naima Alborueva had applied about the loss of her daughter Fatima Alborueva, 19. According to Naima, her daughter was kidnapped with the aim to force her into marriage, but her parents do not know about her whereabouts and her condition.

Naima Alborueva has stated that Ruslan Gadjiev, the head of the Karabudakhkent ROVD (District Interior Division), fails to properly investigate the abduction of her daughter.

"My daughter disappeared on October 21. Soon, information appeared that she was kidnapped by Magomedmukhtar Khalilov, Gadjiev's personal driver and bodyguard. We have repeatedly appealed to Gadjiev asking him at least to arrange a meeting with out daughter and to question his subordinate and his accomplices about the kidnapping, but nothing was done," said the woman.

"We asked to call to interrogation Khalilov's close friends - Nabiyullah Amirkhanov and Kamal Mustafaev, who could give information about the kidnapping, but nothing was done here too. Gadjiev said that Khalilov was away on vacations; then, he said that the kidnapper had left the police," said the mother.

Let us note here that the "Caucasian Knot" has no comments of Rasul Gadjiev. The on duty unit of the Karabudakhkent ROVD answered that their boss was not in place.

Meanwhile, Naima Alborueva believes that there was no proper reaction to the application about her daughter's kidnapping also from Magomedmakmun Abdulatypov, the head of the Soviet ROVD of Makhachkala.

"He was personally telephoned by Vasily Salyutin, Deputy Interior Minister of Dagestan; however, he did absolutely nothing to find Fatima; he just promised all the time, although we wanted only to talk to our daughter and learn about her well-being," the woman said.

In his turn, Magomedmakmun Abdulatypov said that the criminal investigation was conducted properly. "I understand the woman, but we are working in full. We know the name of the kidnapper - Magomedmukhtar Khalilov. We've interrogated all his relatives and friends, including Nabiyullah Amirkhanov and Kamal Mustafaev. We searched 14 houses and now clarify the circumstances of the case; so far, we don't know where Fatima Alborueva is," said the head of the Soviet ROVD of Makhachkala.

So far, the "Caucasian Knot" has no comments of Magomedmukhtar Khalilov.

Meanwhile, the press service of the MIA of Dagestan has stated that they had no information about the incident, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
