A local resident perished under fire in Makhachkala

One person perished and two got wounded as a result of firing at three local residents by unknown people in Makhachkala.

"Unidentified persons opened fire from self-firers from a VAZ car passing by at a car of foreign make the moment when an officer of Road Patrol Service who was on leave and his two friends were getting in. One of the civilians died from wounding, the policeman and the other of his friends were wounded", municipal Department of Interior Affairs reported. 

The wounded men were taken to hospital. A "Volcano" operation was established in the town, the people who assaulted at the officer of Road Patrol Service are being searched for, "Interfax" referring to a source in the Department of Interior Affairs reports.
