Ganizhev: residents of native village of Domodedovo suicide bomber are happy with his sister's rehabilitation

The villagers of Ali-Yurt, where the family of Magomed Evloev, the supposed executor of the terror act at the Domodedovo Airport, lives, where glad to receive the news about termination of the criminal prosecution of his sister and a fellow villager. This was announced by Idris Ganizhev, the head of the village administration.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the investigatory bodies of Ingushetia had completely stopped the criminal prosecution of Fatima Evloeva and Umar Aushev. Magomed Evloev's sister and fellow villager were detained as accomplices in the terror act in Domodedovo. They were accused under several serious articles of the Criminal Code, namely, of terrorism, banditry, and murder of two or more persons.

The sister and Aushev were released from custody on May 19. Shortly thereafter, Yunus-Bek Evkurov, the head of Ingushetia, promised to personally monitor their return to normal life.

Now, Magomed Evloev's family is living peacefully in Ali-Yurt; they have no plans to leave, said Idris Ganizhev, the head of the village administration.

"Fatima Evloeva got a job; Aushev continues his studies at the university. They live in the village; everything is normal. There have been several gatherings on the subject; there was a travel session with the head of the republic, with these people and their relatives. A certain work was conducted," said Idris Ganizhev.

The head of Ali-Yurt said that for the villagers the rehabilitation day of the figurants in the case on the Domodedovo Airport terror act was "a very significant day." "They were acquitted of such an unpleasant act of terrorism, which needed to nobody," the Russian News Service quotes Idris Ganizhev as saying.

Along with that, it is known that the former figurants in the Domodedovo Airport terrorism case will not claim any compensation for their unlawful criminal prosecution.

According to the advocate Omar Khayauri, who is representing the interests of Umar Aushev, he has himself dissuaded his client from filing any lawsuits for moral and material compensation for his unjustified criminal prosecution, the "Kommersant" reports.
