Entrepreneurs who were selling gym shoes with an image of the state emblem of Russia in Rostov-on-Don brought to account

Two individual entrepreneurs in Rostov-on-Don were punished for selling gym shoes and T-shirts with an image of the state emblem of the Russian Federation. 

Prosecutor's inspection in Lenin district of Rostov-on-Don established that two individual entrepreneurs violated the law in process of realization of their production. They were called to administrative account.

According to Federal Constitutional Law "On the State Emblem of the Russian Federation", the use of the state emblem of the Russian Federation with violations of the above mentioned Federal Law is prohibited, a statement of Public prosecutor's office runs.  

Natalia Akhreeva, official representative of Rostov regional Public prosecutor's office, explained that the use of the state emblem of the Russian Federation in that particular case was a violation of the Federal Constitutional Law and an outrage upon the state symbol of the Russian Federation, "161.ru" reports. 

In connection with the revealed violations Public prosecutor's office initiated a case of administrative infraction against the two individual entrepreneurs. 

The administrative materials were referred to magistrate's court of Lenin district of Rostov-on-Don for consideration on the merits. Simultaneously, Public prosecutor's office is carrying out an inspection to establish the manufacturer of the illegal production, web-site of "Don" STRC informs. 

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that the Parliament of Rostov region passed a special law allowing the residents to hang out the regional flag on the facades of dwelling houses and offices.
