On September 22, ECtHR to consider lawsuit "Georgia vs. Russia"

The public hearing on the lawsuit of Georgia against Russia in connection with the warfare in South Ossetia will start at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in Strasbourg on September 22.

The court session will consider the eligibility of the Georgia's complaint, lodged to Strasbourg in connection with the military actions in South Ossetia, the GHN reports with reference to the official statement posted on the ECtHR website.
