Police officer murdered in Gekhi village

On December 23, police officer Aslan Magamayev was fired point-blank from the automatic by unknown people in camouflage uniform in the village of Gekhi, Chechnya's Urus-Martan district. The attack was committed near the police officer's house.

According to witnesses, the attackers came to the house of Magamayev in a car. They killed the officer, fired at his house, and then escaped from the scene in an unknown direction.
