A policeman perished as a result of an explosion in Kaspiisk

As a result of an explosion which took place at about two o’clock at night one police officer perished and two others were wounded and taken to hospital, a source in the Committee of Inquiry of the Russian Federation in Dagestan reported.

The explosion happened at about 2:00 Moscow time. A UAZ police car was blasted. According to more precise data of the republican Ministry of Interior Affairs, the explosion occurred in Bairamov street.

The injured persons were hospitalized.
