In Stavropol Territory, Victor Dvorakovskiy arrested by court statement

In the Stavropol Territory the pre-trial restrictions in the form of custody were imposed on Victor Dvorakovskiy, suspected of involvement in terrorism, the press service of the Investigatory Committee of Russia reported.

Victor Dvorakovskiy was detained on July 14 on a street of Inozemtsevo village. Officers of the patrol duty service stopped a suspicious young man and demanded to present the documents, but he threw an improvised explosive device (IED) at them and then tried to actuate the second IED. Two policemen were injured. Victor Dvorakovskiy himself is at resuscitation ward. On July 15 Victor Dvorakovskiy rallied from the coma.

"Due to the fact that Victor Dvorakovskiy is at the hospital, a motion on the pre-trial restrictions to be imposed on him was considered on the retreat court session. Victor Dvorakovskiy's condition is graded by the doctors as stable grave, and therefore the investigatory actions with his participation are not held yet," noted a representative of the Investigatory Committee at the organization's website.
