Dagestan: shop "10 roubles" for victims of emergencies opened
At present only the administration of Tsumadin District has responded to the call of the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) of Dagestan to open a chain of stores "10 roubles" for people affected by emergencies. In the village of Agvali the local authorities gave the appropriate premises for that purpose.
The idea of these shops implies that all people who wish to help the victims would send a humanitarian aid to a certain place, which would be presented by this chain of stores. The stores will accept for free clothes, footwear and other necessary things from the population and then sell all things for 10 roubles.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by Tamila Gazimagomedova, the head of press service of the Chief Department of the MfE for Dagestan, the district centre of the village Agvali had a warehouse, which could be used then as a collection point for clothes, footwear and other things from the population, and as a point of distribution of humanitarian aid in case of emergencies.
