Azerbaijan becomes active in Karabakh settlement

Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Vilayat Guliyev stated that official Baku and specifically his department intend to activate efforts aiming at attaining a final solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Guliyev also emphasized that he has already held talks with Russian Co-Chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group Yuri Merzlyakov. The Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry assesses the outcome of the negotiations rather positively.
