Presidential Administration in Dagestan ordered a parcel of watches to a sum of 80 thousand dollars

Administration of the President of Dagestan placed an order on purchasing a parcel of 100 silver watches at the web-site of Government Purchases. The starting price of the contract makes 2 215 thousand rubles (about 80 thousand dollars). 

Mandatory demands of Dagestani Presidential Administration for the watches are pointed out as follows: watch case - silver standard 925, weight of the case - no less than 55 gram, diameter of the case - no less than 40 millimeters, thickness - no less than 10 millimeters.
