The Pervomaiskiy District Court of Krasnodar has found four publications issued by the religious organization of Jehovah's Witnesses to be extremist ones. Earlier, on one of these publications the court had already ruled that "it contained no signs of extremist materials."

In September 2009, two of these publications were found, together with 32 other materials, to be extremist ones by the Rostov Regional Court.

In respect of one of the issues - the "Watchtower" magazine with the article entitled "What Nature's Conception Means" - the same court had passed enacted decision that it contained no signs of extremism.

So far, there were no comments from the judiciary and the prosecution.

The believers are preparing to appeal against the decision of the Krasnodar Court in the order of cassation.
