Head of Adygea had lowest income in 2010 among his SFD colleagues

According to preliminary data, in comparison with the leaders of other subjects of the Southern Federal District (SFD), the revenues of the head of Adygea Aslan Tkhakushinov are among the lowest. This is evidenced by the data, published by heads of Russian regions in their declarations. So far, out of the SFD subjects, there is no data about the income of Alexander Zhilkin, Governor of the Astrakhan Region.

In accordance with the report about the income, property and property liabilities of the head of Adygea and his family members, for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2010, Aslan Tkhakushinov earned 1,215,654 roubles. With regard to real estate, Aslan Tkhakushinov owns in his possession in Russia two houses having the area of 382.8 and 726.8 square meters, respectively, a garden house with the area of 240 square meters, and a garage.

The head of Adygea also owns two land plots having the area of 1042 and 3200 square meters. His wife's income in 2010 amounted to 295,579 roubles. She owns an apartment and a land plot.

1.4 million roubles of income, cars of Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Infinity and GAZ-21 were listed in his declaration for 2010 by the head of Kalmykia Alexei Orlov. The information published on the official website of the head of the republic also says that Orlov has a house having the area of 380 square meters. It is noted that the spouse of the region head - Svetlana Orlova - had no income, but owned an apartment (1/2 share) with the area of 53 square meters.

In 2010, the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory earned three times less than his wife. According to the data about the property and income of the head of the Krasnodar Region Alexander Tkachov and his family, published on the official website of the regional administration, last year the Governor earned 1,648,000 roubles. The Governor owns a cottage with the area of 388 square meters and has a dwelling house (238.3 sq. m), another house with a land plot (903.4 and 1847 sq. m respectively) in his use. Also, he leases a land plot (999 sq. m).

Last year, his wife Olga Tkachova earned 4,904,000 roubles. She owns a limited liability company (the name is not given) with the authorized capital of 23.3 million roubles, and 0.44 percent of stake in a closed joint-stock company with the authorized capital of 41 million roubles. She has a flat with the area of 109 square meters in her use. All the couple's real estates are located in Russia.

Vasily Golubev, Governor of the Rostov Region, earned in 2010 a total of 3,274,716 roubles, and his wife - about 17.8 million roubles, according to the website of the regional administration. According to the published reports, Mr Golubev owns a dwelling house with the area of 357.9 square meters, a summer house of 120.2 sq. m and a land plot of 1670 sq. m. The Governor's motor vehicle is an off-road Yamaha.

His wife is the owner of a dwelling house of 544.7 sq. m., an apartment of 296.5 sq. m., a summer house with the area of 158.7 sq. m. and a garage of 42.1 sq. m. She also owns two land plots having the area of 5220 and 2460 sq. m. respectively.

The income of Anatoly Brovko, Governor of the Volgograd Region in 2010 made 3,860,462 roubles, almost unchanged as compared with the previous year, when Mr Brovko earned 3,389,556 roubles. The principal income in 2010 was his salary. The Governor possesses 5 apartments, 2 of them - in half with his wife. He also has a Lexus car.

Liudmila Buryakova, wife of the Volgograd Governor, stated that her annual income made only 14,126 roubles, and she owns 4 apartments.

In 2010, Vladimir Ustinov, Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the Southern Federal District (SFD), earned more than 7.3 million roubles. According to his declaration, published on the Kremlin website, his annual income made 7,365,068 roubles. Also, his property includes a land plot of 6292 square meters, a flat with the area of 148.2 square meters and a parking place (10.9 sq. m). His vehicle is a ZIL-41041.

Last year his wife earned nothing; however, she owns a land plot of 1710 square meters and a residential building with the area of 335.5 square meters. She also has another land plot - of 1710 square meters - in her use. She also has a car Chrysler RTS Ruser.
