Video from place of abduction of Ingush opposition leader Magomed Khazbiev shows his kidnappers

On the video record from the place of abduction of the opposition leader Magomed Khazbiev, which was committed on March 23 from his father's house in Nazran, the kidnappers are visible - there were about twenty of them. They were armed men dressed in camouflage; some of them were in masks, but there were also people in ordinary police uniform with open faces.

The video was made by the eyewitness of the incident, Magomed's sister Khadi Khazbieva, who told on March 23 the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that at about 2 p.m. several dozens of armed persons in camouflage and masks broke into the Khazbievs' home ownership, beat Magomed and his two brothers Murad and Berd; and then took all the three away.

In the evening of the same day Magomed Khazbiev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he was severely beaten. The oppositionist also confirmed that two his brothers are kept with him at the GOVD (City Chief Interior Department); they were also beaten, but he could not describe precisely their condition.

Khadi Khazbieva also said that Magomed's another brother - Ali Khazbiev - as a result of beating by power agents was brought to hospital with fractured frontal bone, and closed craniocerebral injury. According to Khadi, Ali was delivered to the Republic's Hospital, as he needs a surgery.

Let us remind you that on March 23 in central Nazran, an unauthorized rally was held, where the participants demanded from the authorities to establish the fate of Ilez Gorchkhanov, a resident of the Plievo Municipal District of Nazran, who had been allegedly abducted. People held posters reading "Bring Ilez back!" The protesters believe that special services had to do with the disappearance of Gorchkhanov. The rally was dispersed. According to the Nazran GOVD, the Khazbiev was accused in connection with his participation in this rally.
