Dispute between Turkish citizen deported from Kabardino-Balkaria and republican law-enforcement bodies was finished by court

In August of the current year, Khadzhy Bayram Bolat, a Turkish citizen, was deported from Russia.

His lawyer, Iskakh Kuchukov, announced that the other day the Nalchik City Court disaffirmed the decisions made before to impose an administrative penalty on Khadzhy Bayram Bolat and annul his Kabardino-Balkarian residential permit.

The Court also obliged the interior ministry's passport and visa service of Kabardino-Balkaria to prolong Khadzhy Bayram Bolat's Russian residential permit.
