Resident of Ingushetia blows him up at detention
On March 4, law enforcers of Nazran, Ingushetia, tried to detain a local resident. He resisted and exploded himself by triggering a bomb.
As reported by the Investigatory Department (ID) for the Republic of Ingushetia of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), the suicide bomber was identified as Khamzat Korigov, 30.
The ID has emphasized that, according to preliminary data, nobody was hurt by the blast from among law enforcement officers, the ITAR-TASS reports.
"12 persons perished in armed conflict in Northern Caucasus within a week", "In 2010, out of 21 terror acts in North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), 15 were committed by suicide bombers", "On February 14-20, 22 persons were killed in armed conflict in Northern Caucasus".
