Participant of protest in Moscow Izmailovo Park denies its nationalistic context

As stated by a woman-participant of the action, the jogging session "For Healthy Lifestyle" held in the Izmailovo Park had no nationalistic or political context.

Let us remind you that it was reported earlier that on February 23 several dozens of young men held a march in Izmailovo Park in Moscow, when they were shouting nationalist slogans. OMON agents came to the place and detained several persons.

According to a participant of the action, who presented herself as Olga, people from different districts of Moscow got together to make a run in agitation for a healthy lifestyle. One of the slogans of the action was "A Russian means abstainer", the "Echo Moskvy" Radio reports.

She also confirmed that several participants were detained by OMON fighters near Partizanskaya metro station under the pretext that the action was not sanctioned.
