Relatives of Kuschevskaya massacre casualties demand to collect 2 billion roubles from Tsapok

The son of the farmer Server Ametov, in whose house in the village of Kuschevskaya, Krasnodar Territory, in early November 2010, 12 assassinated bodies were found, and the father of the then Ametov's guest - Vladimir Mironenko, Financial Director of the "Aston" Agrarian Holding, expect to recover from the figurant in this case Sergey Tsapok one billion roubles each. The property of Tsapok and his wife has been arrested already.

"Tsapok committed a murder of my family - my father, mother, wife and daughter, and caused my deep moral sufferings," runs Dzhalil Ametov's claim, in particular.

He has estimated the damage caused by illegal actions of the defendant as one billion roubles. Yury Mironenko, Vladimir's father, has indicated the same sum in his lawsuit, the "Kommersant" reports.

Dzhalil Ametov and Yury Mironenko have already been recognized as victims in the case. Their lawsuits will be considered during the consideration of the criminal case on the merits.

Sergey Tsapok's advocates refrain so far from making any comment.
