Under age relatives of the probable executor of terror in "Domodedovo" arrested in Ingushetia

A brother and sister of Magomed Yevloev, direct executor of the explosion, have been arrested for suspicion of preparing the act of terror, one of the participants of a closed session of the State Duma held on February, 8, with the participation of leaders of power ministries of the Russian Federation said.

"Yevloev's brother and sister have been arrested for suspicion of preparation of the act of terror, the arrest was sanctioned by the court", "Interfax" quotes a participant of the "Government hour".

Ahmed aged 15 and Fatima Yevloeva aged 16 are suspected of having been aware of the preparation of the terror act but they not only did not impede it but helped the terrorist, today's "Commersant" reports.

According to this edition, in the morning of February, 8, they were delivered to Magas district court together with Adam Ganizhev, Magomed Yevloev's friend.

The newspaper reports that the court refused to consider the application on the twenty-year-old Ganizhev's arrest on finding out that the figurant's personal data submitted by the investigation did not correspond to the documents the detained produced. The court prolonged his detention for 72 hours letting the investigation review the application which will be considered once again today.

At closed sessions of the court a preventive punishment in form of two months' arrest was selected for Ahmed and Fatima Yevloevs. They have not yet been moved to Moscow where the investigation of terror is going on or Vladikavkaz in which the nearest to Magas investigative isolation ward is located.

One of the attorneys of the arrested in fact refused commenting on the case explaining that an "engagement of non-disclosure had been laid on him". "I can only say that during consideration of the application none of my clients' rights were violated", he said.

Meanwhile, Magomed Khazbiev, one of the Ingush human rights activists, considers that the investigation had no grounds to detain the supposed suicide bomber's relatives. "It is just impossible to imagine anything of the kind! They have detained and arrested teen-agers, including a girl! It is an absolutely absurd action to detain people only for the reason of being a supposed terrorist's relatives!", Khazbiev said.

According to the investigation, Magomed Yevloev's relative by name of Islam and a certain Yandiev are also in search. They all left the village of Ali-Yurt last August telling their parents that they were going to search for jobs in Krasnodar region. However, instead of that the young people turned out in the paramilitary group of amir Khamzat who is responsible for training suicide bombers in Dokku Umarov's "Caucasus Emirate".
