Inspectors find involvement of Said Buryatskiy in explosion of "Neva-Express" Train in 2009

Investigatory bodies have established involvement of seven persons, including Alexander Tikhomirov (Said Buryatskiy), in blowing up the "Neva-Express" Train in November 2009. All of them were killed in March 2010 in the Ingush village of Ekazhevo. This was reported by Vladimir Markin, spokesman of the Russia's Investigatory Committee (IC).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today the investigation has presented the final version of indictment to ten figurants of the case dealing with the crash of the train in the border of the Novgorod and Tver Regions, which killed 28 and injured over 90 persons.

"The investigation has established involvement in the crime of seven more persons - Alexander Tikhomirov, also known under nickname of 'Said Buryatskiy', Bagautdin Dalgiev, Osman Uzhakov and four Kartoev brothers," said Mr Markin and noted that they were all liquidated on March 2 during a special operation in Ekazhevo.

According to the spokesman of the IC, because of their death, the criminal prosecution against them was stopped, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
