MIA: resident of Adygea detained for publications on Said Buryatskiy's websites

A resident of Maikop was detained on suspicion of publishing materials on the Internet containing appeals to extremism and terrorist activities.

"It was established that in 2008-2010 a resident of Maikop, born in 1984, who acted under the pseudonym Abu Tanvir Kavkazskiy posted material, which contained extremist appeals, on several websites. Besides, he called in them to terrorist activities," said a source from law enforcement bodies of Adygea.

According to the source, "by preliminary data, some publications were posted on the websites belonging to Said Buryatskiy," the "Interfax" reports.

According to power agents, Said Buryatskiy was one of the leaders of the armed underground in Northern Caucasus and was personally involved in organizing suicide bombings. He was killed in a special operation in Ingushetia in March 2010.
