Officer of Department of Federal Security Service in Malgobek district wounded in Ingushetia

A car of an officer of the Department of Federal Security Service in Malgobek district was fired upon this morning at the approaches to the town of Nazran, near the administrative border between Ingushetia and North Osetia.

A source in law enforcement bodies of Ingushetia reported that the incident took place at about 8:30 Moscow time.

Unidentified persons fired upon "Lada-Priora" car driven by an officer of the Department of Federal Security Service in Malgobek district from self-firers. The officer got wounded as a result of firing and was taken to hospital, "Interfax" reports.
