Evkurov demands severe punishment for those guilty in a road accident with the car of Ingush permanent mission in the MRHW

President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov addressed the Moscow GUVD (Chief Interior Department) asking not to give any favours to perpetrators in the traffic accident with participation of a car registered at the Ingush Parliament. It has been already established that the car was used not for its destination.

Mr Evkurov said that the car is withdrawn and kept at the representative office of Ingushetia in Moscow. Now, according to his story, it is established whether the driver had decided by himself to take and use the service car.

He has stressed that at the moment of accident the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Ingushetia, whose service car it is, was not in the car. "He knows nothing and is surprised," the "RBC" quotes Mr Evkurov as saying.

The day before, on November 2, the website of the Russian Federation of Car Owners posted a message of car-owner Alexei, who suffered in the road accident. According to his version, the BMW in question "rammed" into the right-hand side of his Toyota Celica. The driver of the BMW equipped with special signals got out of the cabin and started threatening Alexei; some other passengers who got out of a Porsche Cayenne, which followed the BMW, joined the threats.

Then, the BMW driver left the place of the accident, and a Subaru Legacy van appeared instead. Its passengers introduced themselves as agents of a private security enterprise and demanded that Alexei gets out of his car. As a result, the Subaru driver was detained by road police. Later, he was released. Also, it became known that the BMW belongs to Makhmud Sakalov, Speaker of Ingush Parliament, who said that on that day his driver was in the car, while the Subaru driver, detained with a traumatic pistol, has no relation to him.

As reported today by a source from law enforcement bodies, the private security enterprise "AST Shield", which was ensuring security of businessman Telman Ismailov, is searched under the criminal case about another road accident involving cars with flashing lights, which occurred on November 24 also in the Moscow Ring Highway (MRHW), the "Interfax" reports.

A criminal case was initiated.
