Explosion of ammunition kills two persons in Volgograd Region

An explosion was triggered today in the morning in the Volgograd Region in the field of an agricultural enterprise in the vicinity of the village of Karpovka, which resulted in two deaths; two more persons with injuries were taken to hospital.

According to a source from the Investigatory Committee for the Volgograd Region, all the casualties and victims are natives of Tajikistan.

According to one version, when the men worked in the field, a fougasse that remained from World War II blew up. Now, the investigation tries to find out the reason of the explosion and the type of the bomb, the "Gazeta.Ru" writes.
