Woman from Ingushetia states kidnapping of her son

Lisa Tseloeva, a resident of the city of Nazran, asserts that her 28-year-old son Zurab was kidnapped.

The woman told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that it happened on October 29, when several dozens of armed men in camouflage rushed into the Tseloevs' house in Khvoinaya Street. They gave no explanations and presented no IDs or documents, but took Zurab Tseloev away to some unknown place.

"My son saw that someone was busy in the yard and leaned down from the window to grab him. At that moment a power agents, who had earlier run into the house, grabbed him, drying that Zurab wanted to run away from them. One of them hit him strongly with his machinegun barrel. Then, they tied him up with tape and took away," said Liza Tseloeva.

"The unidentified armed persons took some things away from the house," she continued. "The son was half-dressed, in shorts; they were beating him in the street and kept abusing me and his wife in every possible way; they even frightened Zurab's young children. When they were leaving, they crushed his car."

Relatives of Zurab Tseloev have applied to local human rights organizations and the republic's MIA asking to help to find him.
