Two persons wounded in Dagestan in attack on militiamen

At night on October 22, in Komsomolskiy settlement of the city of Kizilyurt, Dagestan, an attack was committed on a district militiaman and his relative, said a source from local law enforcement bodies.

"The militiaman received a tangent arm wound; his relative was seriously wounded in the stomach," said the source, noting that the assailants managed to escape.

The "Gazeta.Ru" writes referring to the source that the wounded relative was hospitalized, and his condition is grave.

According to the press service of the Dagestan MIA, the incident occurred on Thursday at about 11:15 p.m. Moscow time: unidentified criminals opened fire on the militiaman who was parking his car. His brother ran out of the house to the shooting, the "Interfax" reports.
