Low-income groups in Novorossiysk will receive food ration tickets on bread and milk

Low-income residents of Novorossiysk, Krasnodar region, will receive food ration tickets on bread and milk. This decision has been taken by Vladimir Sinyagovsky, mayor of the city, after the growth of prices on socially-significant products, Press service of Novorossiysk administration reports. 

The tickets are meant for low-income large families and single pensioners permanently residing in the territory of Novorossiysk with incomes under or at the level of cost of living index established in Krasnodar region.

The administration is planning to give the residents six tickets on milk a month and the same quantity on bread. In order to receive the tickets one will have to address the Department of organization of social and leisure service for the population, "Yuga.ru" portal informs.

The residents will have to put in an application, a certificate on the family composition and the incomes of all its members for the last three months and copies of their passports. Once a month they will have to update the documents, "Living Kuban" reports.
