26 persons suffered from suicide bomber in Makhachkala

On September 24, as a result of a self-explosion of a terrorist-suicide bomber in Makhachkala 26 persons were injured, the law enforcement bodies of Dagestan report.

"As a result of the terrorist-suicide bomber's explosion, 13 militiamen and 13 civilians were hospitalized," said a source from law enforcement bodies.

According to an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the persons of all the victims have been identified and put on the list, the "Interfax" reports.
The suicide bomber approached a team of militiamen, who were on duty near the special operation zone, and triggered his explosive device. Under the version of the MIA of Dagestan, by stopping the bomber, militiamen saved many lives, as the criminal tried to get closer to the main group of power agents, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
