The incident happened at 01:00 Moscow time at the cross-roads of Lenin and Vishnevsky streets.

According to "Interfax", a source in the Ministry of Interior Affairs reported that "the explosion took place on the way of a car of a duty unit of the Department of Interior Affairs with two militia officers inside. No one has been injured. The type and power of the explosive device are being established".
