A militiaman killed in Dagestan

Kaspiysky Department of Internal Affairs reported that a militia officer had been shot down by some strangers in the evening of September, 16, near the reception room of one of the hospitals of Kaspiysk, Dagestan.

About 20.30 Moscow time a militia detail detained a man driving his car who had seemed drunk to them. He was conveyed to one of the hospitals of Kaspiysk for expertise. A representative of the Department said that when a militiaman came out of the reception room two strangers who have jumped out of the bushes opened a heavy fire upon him. The officer died from the wounds he had got".

"Interfax-Yug" reports that according to their source the people who committed this crime are being searched for.
